HI Jo,

I cant ping 119.93.7.29 hindi ata public IP to. Baka private static IP lang binigay sayo.

Kailangan natin Public IP Address that can be seen on the web.

Here's we have to set sana kung okay yung public IP;

Configure port forwarding feature of the modem router,
Set RDP port 3389 forwarded to server IP 192.168.1.5

192.168.1.5 is your WAN IP server
192.168.1x.xxx is your LAN (behind firewall)

Based from your new settings in CHIS (server room) you have added few connections which is not set by Unisolutions before.

Inorder for us to collaborate your new setting, you have to connect your rigs according to this:

Zyxel Modem/Router ----> Alantek Switch 8port ------>

From your 8port switch, connect patch from wall labelled "DATA07"

Wifi router w"WAN port" connected to 8port switch

we'll update soon, once your have a stable connection.

So we have finally made the connection active.

Bro pinalitan ko lang yung mga IP accordingly with SBS para wala na tayo i-configure sa server. It was set preliminary by Rodel yung RDP (by the way thanks to Rodel Calalang).

Jo, first thing we need is to send me your active database file, and the latest CHIS installation files. We'll be setting up another server here for Ian to do the programming.
